Our Castle is a unique venue for children’s birthday parties, where princes and princesses of all ages are pampered.

Regulation:
The play area is intended for children aged 3 to 10 years.
Children are not allowed to wear outdoor shoes on the premises. Children should use suitable indoor footwear. Shoe changing must take place in the dedicated spaces. Parents will use the shoe covers provided by the Wonderland team.
Children with communicable diseases are not allowed to the play area. We reserve our right to deny their access. Thank you for your understanding!
All underage children must be accompanied by an adult/parent. Adult supervision is required. Do not leave your children unattended! Children might get injured if left unattended. The accompanying person will be responsible for any accidents that might happen.
It is unacceptable to engage in violent behaviour or aggressive play or for children or adults to smack other children.
The lockers and containers in the playroom can be accessed by either children or adults only if they are guided by or have the permission of the supervisor/animator.
To maintain hygiene, all users will wash and/or disinfect their hands before play and after using the toilet.
Inquiring about availability is not the same as making a space rental reservation. A deposit of 35% of the selected package value is required to complete the reservation.
Access to the play area will be allowed no more than 15 minutes before the start of the 3 hours rental slot and the time given to vacate the room at the end will be 15 minutes.
Details on the approximate number of children and additional services must be discussed at least 7 days before the booked date. The exact number of children and parents present shall be communicated no later than 3 days in advance. We do not take responsibility for any situations caused by the parents’ failure to meet the aforementioned deadlines.
Warning! You are directly responsible for all the children you invite to the party. The playroom supervisors and the animator are only responsible to ensure schedule adherence and compliance with this regulation, not the integrity of the children present. We do not take responsibility for any injuries that children might incur. The parent of each child is responsible for their safety, including when using the trampoline and the simple and/or inflatable slides.
If the “Treasure Hunt” activity has been opted for, children’s supervision must be provided by at least one parent for every 5 children.
