Pick the amount and quantity, then pay online just like any other order.
2
Receive the code

3
Redeem at checkout
At checkout, enter the code in the "Have a voucher?" field. The value is deducted from the total and any remainder stays on the voucher.
Frequently asked questions
What can I use the voucher for?
Any product or activity bought through the wonderland.ro cart: massage, spa & fitness, horse riding, gaming, memberships, events and parties. It does not apply to accommodation (booked through the hotel system), Wonder Pool tickets or food orders.
Can I use the voucher on more than one order?
Yes. If the order is worth less than the voucher balance, the difference stays on the voucher and can be used on a future order, until the balance is spent or the voucher expires.
What if the order costs more than the voucher?
The voucher covers part of the total and you pay the difference by card, in the same checkout step.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes. The voucher is tied to its code, not to the buyer's account. Whoever receives the code enters it in their own account at checkout.
How long is it valid?
12 months from the purchase date. The exact expiry date is printed in the voucher email.
Can I buy another voucher with a voucher, or combine it with discount codes?
Vouchers cannot be used to buy other vouchers, and discount codes do not apply when buying a voucher. When paying for an experience, a voucher can be combined with a discount code.
Where do I see the remaining balance?
Whoever uses the code sees the remaining balance in the cart as soon as it is applied. The buyer also sees it in their wonderland.ro account, under Vouchers, together with the usage history.
Not sure what to choose?
A voucher leaves the choice to the person receiving it: a massage, an hour on horseback, a spa day or a membership. You only choose the value.
