SERVICES, INTERNAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any client using for the first time one of the services offered by Wonderland Cluj is obliged to request in advance a form (declaration) explaining the correct way to use the service.

Otherwise Wonderland Cluj does not assume responsibility for any incident / dissatisfaction due to improper use of the service.

List of services and related conditions

1. Riding centre

1.1. Riding memberships are valid for one month, for 4 sessions, 2 months for 8 sessions and 3 months for 12 sessions.

1.2. If the client’s subscription expires without having used it in full, the remaining sessions will be lost without the possibility for the client to ask for a refund or to extend the validity of the subscription.

1.3. For any riding lesson, photo session, hill walk or carriage ride an appointment is required in advance.

1.4. Cancellation of a riding lesson must be made at least 48 hours before the lesson is due to take place, otherwise the session will be forfeited without the possibility of rescheduling or requesting a refund.

1.5. For the outing on the hill it is necessary to do at least an introductory riding course in the Wonderland Cluj resort.

1.6. Going out on the hill is possible if there are at least two people or to pay for two people.

1.7. In order to benefit from one of the services at the riding centre, appropriate equipment is required.

2. Spa & ftness centre

2.1. Entry to the spa is by reservation only.

2.2. By booking at the Wonderland Cluj spa, the sun loungers are not provided, but only the key entry to the locker.

2.3. Children under 7 receive a 50% discount.

2.4. On national holidays weekend prices and conditions are considered.

2.5. A deposit of at least 50% of the rental price is required for the spa rental.

2.6. The entrance to the fitness room and spa is only with appropriate equipment.

2.7. Spa memberships are only valid during the week, Monday to Friday.

2.8. Reservations at the spa&fitness centre must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be forfeited without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

2.9. The massage session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be forfeited without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

2.10. Minors are strictly forbidden to enter the spa&fitness centre if they are not accompanied and supervised at all times by an adult who is responsible for the whole group.

3. Sports fields

3.1. Reservation of the football or table tennis pitch is on advance payment.

3.2. Rescheduling a meeting must be done at least 48 hours in advance otherwise the advance will be lost.

4. Hot air balloon

4.1. All free flights require an appointment in advance and a 50% deposit of the total cost.

4.2. Flights are weather dependent.

4.3. The minimum age for flight participants is 14.

4.4. The maximum capacity of the balloon is 5 people (4 guests + pilot).

4.5. The captive flight is organised for a group of minimum 35 people or if the corresponding price for 35 people is paid, and only by appointment.

4.6. For the agreement flight, the fee for 3 people is payable if there are fewer than 3 people.

4.7. The leisure flight lasts between 30 and 75 minutes depending on weather conditions.

4.8. The tethered flight involves raising and lowering the balloon and lasts about 5 minutes.

4.9. Free or tethered flights must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the reservation will be lost without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

5. Paintball

5.1. A group of at least 6 people is required to organise.

5.2. A maximum of 10 people per meeting is allowed.

5.3. The customer is obliged to pay for the value of the equipment in the event of its destruction.

5.4. A session has no time limit and ends when the client runs out of balls.

5.5. By paying for a session, the client receives 100 balls.

5.6. The paintball session must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be forfeited, without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

5.7. The minimum age for paintball participants is 18.

6. Bicycle rental

6.1. Charging per hour or 24 hours

6.2. After the time has elapsed the charge is made every half hour

6.3. The customer is obliged to pay for the equipment in the event of its destruction

6.4. Bicycle reservations must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the reservation will be forfeited without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

7. Gaming
7.1. The gaming reservation must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 48 hours in advance, otherwise the session will be forfeited without the possibility to reschedule or request a fee.

7.2. Outdoor equipment (ping pong balls, ping pong paddles, cues, etc.) is allowed in the gaming room.

7.3. The customer is obliged to pay for the equipment in the event of its destruction

8. Accommodation

8.1. The price of a room includes breakfast and access to the spa for a different number of people depending on the type of room chosen by the guest.

8.2. For any additional person over the room limit, the difference in breakfast, access to the spa and the requested extra bed will be charged.

8.3. Breakfast is served between 7:00-10:30.

8.4. The customer is obliged to pay for the equipment/furniture in case of its destruction.

8.5. Check-in is after 14:00 , for exceptions Wonderland Cluj agreement is required.

8.6. Check-out is at 12:00.

8.7. Exceeding the check-out time can only be done with the agreement of Wonderland Cluj, and the guest is obliged to pay an extra day of accommodation.

8.8. Any reservation must be rescheduled or cancelled at least 14 calendar days in advance, otherwise the reservation will be forfeited without the possibility to reschedule or request a refund.

8.9. Payment for accommodation is made at check-in or in advance depending on the availability of rooms during the period requested by the client.
